I have used Matthew and Matthew for previous house purchases so no hesitation in using them for my re-mortgage when it came to the end of the fixed term. More of a personal service than the online offers from the mortgage companies. Emma King and the team are professional and a pleasure to deal with. Communication was always clear and prompt. We appointed Leila as our solicitor for a sale and purchase transaction - she was fantastic. All the way through the process she communicated with us clearly and simply and was able to explain and advise on the risks assuredly. We also did not have to chase - she fully understood the timescales and worked hard to keep the transactions going at pace. In the end we had to exchange and complete quickly due to the circumstances of the purchase (outside of our control) and Leila managed it through to conclusive fluently with minimum fuss. We can't thank her enough! Would definitely recommend.
