The last 6 months has been very stressful, especially the lease extension of which I had no idea about. Lisa, along with the surveyors, steered me through this to get a satisfactory outcome. Unfortunately, the sale and subsequent purchase were in a chain and so open to the requirements/needs of numerous people! I would definitely recommend Lisa, who was professional throughout and kept me up to date on proceedings, which, certainly for me, got very confusing at times but she took the time to explain in 'laymans terms'. I would certainly use the services of Lisa again
