Harris Cuffaro & Nichols were on the approved list of solicitors to act for my lenders. Throughout the process Hassan was a great help with prompt communication and some wise suggestions. In fact we saved more than I was expecting for stamp duty which as it turned out I needed later for some additional refurbishment works. It wasn't exactly a straightforward transaction as we were creating leases for properties with a refinance. He saved me some money on the legal title drawings as well with some advice. I can't really recommend Hassan enough, I doubt I'll look elsewhere for legal representation. A good solicitor is hard to find.

We used Downs Solicitors Godalming branch in conjunction with a re-mortgage and transfer of equity. Our solicitor, BilIy Rashbrook provided a first class service and dealt with this matter in an efficient and professional manner. He kept us informed of progress all the way through. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he also supplied some valuable advice. We would certainly use Downs solicitors again if the need arises and would highly recommend their services.

TSP produce all my loan documentation and undertake all the detailed due diligence. A perfect balance of detail and practicality

MLP did my commercial lease 10 years ago, and have again sorted a new 10 year lease for me. Additionally spotted some mistakes in a separate transfer of interest and sorted those out too.

Excellent experience with Jim Murphy - very helpful and experienced - extremely easy process and look forward to working again in future.

Throughout our (somewhat complicated) remortage, Katrina and the team at Burrows have been nothing short of excellent. Whenever I contacted them with a question or for clarification I received a very prompt and clear reply which allowed everything to run very smoothly. I would highly recommend using their services, and will be using them again in the future. Once again, a very big thank you to everyone on the team there, especially to Katrina!

Sarah and Kirsty were both very helpful answering questions quickly and clearly. The transaction went through fairly quickly even with the sellers solicitor taking their time at some points.

I fully trust in the services at Fiona Bruce. Every person I deal with there is professional, knowledgeable, capable and efficient. I would not want to go anywhere else.
