Best Commercial Property Solicitors in Peak District

“We were recommended Ronald Fletcher Baker by our Mortgage Advisor. I cannot thank Peter Smith enough for their continued support throughout the whole process. I had daily communication which kept me up to date with our mortgage application and any questions I had, I had quick responses. I would 100% recommend RFB to anyone who needs this service. I had this perception before buying a house that it was going to be a really stressful process, however, Peter Smith made it a very smooth process.”

“It was a pleasurable experience for something that can be quite stressful. Very friendly and approachable at all times. Kept fully informed and the amount of useful information passed on to me was astounding, I know now why you need legal representation when purchasing a house, the amount of checks that were performed for my protection were staggering. All I can say if thank you all for your hard work.”

“Highly recommend Andrew Holden who was knowledgeable and efficient in completing our land sale. We had every confidence in a positive outcome as Andrew was responsive and reassuring in overcoming the various hurdles along the way. This was much appreciated.”

“Our conveyancer Max was extremely helpful, as were the other members of staff we encountered. Our purchase went smoothly and completion was achieved faster than expected.”

“I was recommended the services of one of the partners Tom O’Neil. To sort out a dispute, I was having with a commercial lease with one of my tenants, after failing to resolve the problem with a local solicitor. He was extremely patient and dealt with the long-standing matter in a very professional manor. It even got to the stage where he had to threaten the tenant with eviction, if they would not sign the new lease. All in all, I was extremely satisfied with the service I received from Farleys and would certainly recommend.”

“Lucy Ann Rhodes resolved a commercial lease issue with my landlord in a matter of days, after my previous solicitors had been unable to do so for months. She was highly knowledgeable, efficient, and clear in her advice, and also kind and genuinely supportive throughout. I cannot recommend her highly enough. ”

“The first firm of solicitors who I feel are one step ahead of me, not ten behind! I used Beswicks some years ago for conveyancing transactions, the communication and advice was good then. Some years later I returned to the corporate law department for support with a business purchase and ongoing legal support. The communication at Beswicks is excellent and their ability to crossover multiple specialist sectors was vital for the transaction I was involved with. There's a lot of great people I have encountered at Beswicks but a special mention has to go out to David Morgan. During a hectic and stressful period, I felt I was David's only client and he was always available at the end of the phone. Following the transaction he was there to advise and assist with all aspects of the business and he has my utmost trust. Beswicks are not the cheapest and will not be for everyone. However for me, where I value speed, communication, quality of advice and trusting those operating in my interest, they are the perfect fit. Thank you Alistair Trippett Heywoods (1881) Estate Agents”
