I recently had legal work carried out for the re-mortgage of one of my properties; this was the first time I was going through a re-mortgage process so the whole process was new to me. I needed to have Independent Legal Advice and amendment of my company articles, the latter which I was a little apprehensive about as I had no idea about this, however, was required to be completed for my re-mortgage. Represented by Atif Nazir, I had a very tricky and upsetting personal situation to deal with in which both myself and a relative who is terminally ill were being sued. Given the circumstances, it was a very emotional and distressing time for us all, and despite being made aware of the situation, the other side pursued the case relentlessly right through to the end, leaving the relative incredibly distressed on several occasions and our family with serious concerns as to his welfare.
