We required support with a third party contract dispute and I cannot fault the service we received. I then got a very rapid reply linking me with Lawyer Patrick Macken who offering very prompt review of the documentation. Once in his possession, a phone discussion outlined his review of the document and he advised on any clauses I might want to consider in more detail. A change was subsequently introduced and Patrick checked this and all was signed off in good time. Patrick was very clear and professional, providing me with clarity regarding the documents wording, and answering my subsequent email queries very quickly. “Kate and Anna from RFB did an outstanding job. The stamp duty holiday was about to end, but they managed to wrangle everything into place so we made it on the last day, saving us £4000. They also noticed irregularities in some of the contracts we were being asked to sign and fought for them to be changed in our favour. We were not aware and wouldn't have noticed, so we are very grateful to have been in such good and caring hands. Communication was also excellent and timely throughout. ”
