I honestly can't praise Farleys highly enough for the service we have received which has been exceptional throughout. I turned to them for advice during an already very long and difficult house sale for elderly parents involving power of attorney and probate, having received a poor, unresponsive service and incorrect advice from the solicitors we were with initially. The decision to switch to Farleys was a very easy one to make as Gavin Hall was approachable, knowledgeable and understanding from the first contact. It has always been easy to get through and all agreed actions carried out straight away. At a difficult and stressful time for our family Gavin's support in resolving the house sale so quickly, efficiently and sensitively has been a huge help and we are genuinely grateful.

Sharad assisted me recently with a case relating to being a 3rd party interest to a POCA case, through no fault of my own. I was understandably quite overwhelmed and concerned. He put me at ease straight away during our initial telephone consultation. Following our consultation we scheduled a meeting to draft a statement to the courts and he guided me through next steps, including what to expect at the court case. Sharad was always available to keep me updated via telephone and email and he provided a professional and friendly service at all times. I recently used the services of Mlp Law in connection with my late Mother's Will. The Will named three Executors and we were advised by our solicitor Jane Hunter that the most effective way to proceed was for the Executors to agree a Lead Executor who would then be responsible for all future instructions. This approach was agreed with the Executors which proved to be invaluable advice. The execution of my Mother's Will was carried out with sensitivity and professionalism and I was kept informed at each and every stage of the process. I dealt with other members of the Mlp Law team during the process all of whom provided the highest standard of service and were always available during a difficult time. I would recommend anyone to use them.
