I then wished the residual estate to be divided between family and other personal beneficiaries and charitable bequests. I had been working for my employer for almost 12 years and was put forward for a capability assessment when I felt as though the management were pushing me out. I was made ill, miscarried and unable to go forward with the process. I then took the steps of reaching out to HR asking 'without prejudice' what my other options would be and Lydia helped summarise my options and helped me with negotiating a redundancy package for me to leave without further stress.
