Having been into my life at my lowest point following arrest, Jamie was initially the reassuring voice on the end of the phone, and a short while later the well dressed and well spoken defence representative who efficiently translated my panicked account into a coherent defence and the right advice for the situation. Mr Kuldeep S. Clair displayed professionalism and a hands-on approach, when he handled an employment matter and defended my case. From the moment we first spoke over the phone, Kuldeep seemed very polite and showed willingness to listen. I initially felt at ease talking to him about my case - it all felt natural.
