Moira and her team at Greystone were really helpful right from the outset. I called Greystone about a week before a hearing date and explained my situation and the charges that I was facing. Moira was actually not in office and was working from home due to illness, however I got a call back from Moira not long after my original call. This was a 15 minute consultation allowing me to explain my concerns and getting free advice from a professional solicitor. I was then quoted via email which was at a fair price compared to others I called upon. I decided to go with Greystone a week before my hearing date. This was sufficient for Greystone to prepare for the case and provide me with necessary paperwork. On the day of hearing, Moira attended the court prior to my arrival and had spoken to the prosecutor viewed necessary footage and already withdrawn the case. I believe Moira tried to do this prior to the date to save time and money for all involved, unfortunately telephone numbers/email addresses of the Magistrates were non responsive. At court, although the prosecutor withdrew the case, Moira was not happy with the way I was spoken about and stood up, corrected the prosecutor and addressed the Lay Bench with valid points and requested Defence Costs Order, which was granted. Overall really pleased with the result and service provided by Greystone.
