First and foremost, I cannot thank John Ruane enough for his efforts, communications and overall handling of my case. I was originally arrested and released under investigation for causing serious injury by dangerous driving early in 2023, John was very informative on the situation and provided possible outcomes and next steps. Through his determination and exceptional knowledge, John managed to get the charge dropped to a lesser offence of causing serious injury by careless/inconsiderate driving. He was allways on hand to provide answers to my questions and would answer the phone out of hours. I was represented by Michael M at the 2 magistrates hearings and my first crown court hearing, Michael my appointed barrister was very informative and represented me well. John also put me in contact with a consultant Psychiatrist, and a diagnosis of ADHD was made, changing my life. For my sentencing John appointed John Dye, a highly respected barrister who managed to secure a suspended sentence despite the fact that a immediate custodial sentence was the likely outcome. I cannot thank JHR Solicitors, John Ruane, Michael Mckeown & John Dye enough, you have given me a second chance at life and my children still have a father around to provide for them.
