Top 10 of 630 law firms for Insurance Offences, Driving offences

I am incredibly grateful to Forrest Williams for their exceptional support and representation in my case involving a charge of driving without insurance. I had been asked by a previous employer to drive a work vehicle and was assured multiple times that I was insured to do so. Unfortunately, this turned out not to be the case, and I was later arrested and charged, an extremely stressful and confusing experience, especially as I believed I was fully covered. After seeking advice from several law firms, Forrest Williams stood out for their professionalism, understanding, and prompt communication. From the very beginning, they took the time to understand my situation and made me feel supported throughout. A special thank you to Ian Morrell, who represented me in court. His calm, confident approach and thorough preparation made all the difference. Thanks to his efforts, the case was resolved successfully. I highly recommend Forrest Williams to anyone facing a legal issue, particularly if you are feeling overwhelmed or unsure where to turn. Their dedication, expertise, and genuine care for their clients truly set them apart.

Robert Batchelor was absolutely amazing. Managed to get 2 of the 3 charges dropped before the hearing even took place. I went to court fearing a disqualification but ended up with points thus allowing me to continue driving. I couldn't thank Robert enough for his amazing professionalism, courtesy and knowledge. He came prepared and had already done all the ground work. I was surprised at the outcome as I had feared the worst. Couldn't recommend this firm enough. Thank you so much.

John is full of knowledge but will also go out of his way to extensively research any new issues that arise. He is approachable, supportive and hardworking. At no point do you ever feel like your questions are an inconvenience and John goes out of his way to fully explain everything as soon as it’s happening which makes you feel secure in what could be a very scary situation. He is also extremely honest which means you are always fully informed. Thank you so much!
