Me and my partner recently purchased our first home and the process was made stress free with the help of Tianna and Toby. Being able to sign all paperwork/ documents on the app was quick and easy and whenever we had questions their responses were always fast. Highly recommend!

We are first time home buyer in the UK and we bought our first house through a chain scheme. The experience of the chain was pretty much overwhelming but I'll give the credit to my solicitor from Daniel Woodman (Tianna and Toby), you guys are absolute stars.
We were not familiar w the system at all, but you guys make the whole process possible and bearable.

If I have one advice and one advice only for fellow 1st time home buyer especially who are not familiar w the system, please, invest in good independent solicitor first. It will save you from 3/4 of the headache, if that is make sense.

Our solicitor are extremely reliable, prompt, take initiative, and utmost care w each of our queries. They even come w pretty much sensible price. Recommend, top notch

I recently sold a shared ownership property and bought a house which coincided with having a baby. The team at Daniel Woodman were fantastic, from the first phone call enquiry to after the completion the service and professionalism was exceptional. There is always someone available to speak to and answer queries, and nothing is ever too much trouble.

Good experience working with Tianna to buy our first house. Really helpful and fast with her responses and dealing with the sellers solicitors, and all of the documents having e-signatures made it a lot less hassle when my partner was working away. There were a couple of smaller issues at the start with my email address being input incorrectly a number of times and the details of our mortgage not being properly passed on, and it would have been good if the app was regularly updated with the status, however we would still recommend using Daniel Woodman for house moves.
