I understand Nicole was a trainee during my court case from 2023-early 2024. The end result wasn't what I wanted but the support I was receiving from both Nicole and Ruth was immense. I felt comfortable and felt like my opinions and voice was heard by them. I hope Nicole gets plenty of credit and a promotion if possible as she is amazing at her job and deserves the best of the best

I had a meeting with Daniel regarding an employment issue. He was approachable and supportive throughout the process. I felt that he gave me clear, constructive advice about how to conclude an upsetting chapter at work. He allowed me to discuss my concerns and feelings; he listened well; and he made me feel that I could move forward with my life.
