I have known Rachael for well over 15 years, and when I was recently made redundant, she was the first person I turned to for guidance. Facing a settlement agreement from my employer was stressful and unfamiliar territory, but Rachael stepped in with exactly the support I needed. She assisted me with the legal aspects of the settlement, ensuring I fully understood my rights and the implications of every detail. On several occasions, I needed to call her for clarification or reassurance, and each time she was consistently professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. Rachael’s calm approach and expertise made a difficult situation far easier to navigate. Her support was invaluable, and she handled everything with the highest level of professionalism. Overall, Rachael is a credit to her profession — someone you can trust, rely on, and feel genuinely supported by during challenging times.
