If I could give 10 stars I would. Paul was extremely helpful with my employment dispute and always gave great advice. Also speedy replies and MBH have been excellent as well. First class service.

My experience with Thompsons Solicitors and Ross Milvenan was a very good . Ross is very knowledgeable and prompt with calls/emails & Teams meetings. As well as being very professional Ross was approachable and friendly which helped me, would definitely recommend Ross.

Once Natalie reviewed my case and we spoke over the phone, she knew I had a deadline of Monday to get advice on a figure and put this forward. The empathy and understanding she displayed was second to none. Natalie was on holiday on the Friday, but she made the effort to pass this over to her colleague Helen. On the Friday I had a very happy surprise waiting in my inbox. I then forwarded this figure to my Acas representative, and negotiations are now going under way today (Monday). I thanked them both for this. Going the extra mile and it was greatly appreciated, as I have had a rather tough 4 months or so. Excellent service, and for them both to do this for me proved a lot to me. There are some good people still left out there. Her patience and empathy on the phone to me was very professional and also very human. I was recommended Hansill’s from a friend in Lancaster where I live. Honestly, the reassurance and level of respect these ladies have from the off is just second to none. I was SUPER anxious and needed some speed with my query and Helen Young, Milly Baxendale and Sharon Hundal did exactly that. Sharon was even due to go on holiday yet offered to sign a document whilst away and took the time to take my mental health at the time in account with all things considered. I have used BMTC for conveyancing and now for employment law help - I honestly, couldn't ask for a better team of ladies. (Theres gents there also but I have only dealt with the ladies until now haha!)

Great meeting, helped me understand anything i was unsure about and answered any questions i had regarding the settlement. Never once felt rushed for time.
