This work covers how businesses in England apply EU‑derived rules and international European agreements that affect trade, regulation, employment and cross‑border enforcement after exit. Solicitors advise on compliance under the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 and related domestic measures, draft and negotiate cross‑border contracts and arrangements for employee representation, apply for regulatory clearances and represent firms in the High Court, specialist business and regulatory tribunals. They manage data‑transfer and immigration interfaces with the Home Office and the Information Commissioner's Office where those matters intersect with European rules, and handle recognition, enforcement and surrender proceedings under post‑exit arrangements.
