An awful experience with this firm. Did nothing for weeks despite being on a very tight timescale. Incorrect SDLT calculated and paid, we had to do a re-claim ourselves. Over-charged despite a quote being provided to start with. Land registry documentation not filed delaying re-mortgage. Avoid this firm!
If you value your money and don’t think the excuse “human error” is worthy of the loss of thousands of your pounds i would not recommend this solicitors
After using Jai to buy 2 properties with a less than perfect service we contact Jai to buy 2 more buy to let properties, after asking regarding the change of the deposit they ask for I been told very rudely that I don't have to use him as our solicitor. The tune of voice was very aggressive and unprofessional. Will never go back and will never recommend!!!

Sheila represented my son some years back now and as solicitors go she cannot be faulted. She went above and beyond to get my son who has learning disabilities access to all the relive services he needed. She was definitely to best solicitor for him she is very thorough and is always well turned out.

I dealt with Edward Ribchester primarily, and in his absence, with his assistant Deborah Miles. The transaction was relatively straightforward, but it was dealt with efficiently and promptly, despite the general tardiness and inefficiency of the Vendor's attorney. The whole matter was dealt with exclusively by email, phone and letter; the firm responded promptly to any enquiries which I raised and were very helpful with suggestions to how to make progress. Altogether a very satisfactory experience.
