In April, we found ourselves involved in family proceedings following a minor argument between my partner and my daughter’s father, after which my daughter was retained and a number of serious allegations were made against both myself and my partner of eight years. Throughout the proceedings, Ryan kept our expectations realistic and, importantly, kept our focus on my daughter and what was best for her. He was organised, well prepared and productive throughout. Our case took around six months to conclude, and ultimately we achieved the result we wanted.
