Upon meeting Graham Twist my solicitor I was impressed with his knowledge and the time he took to listen to my concerns. He was very approachable and understanding. The issues around pensions which can be complex was explained at length allowing an informed decision to be made. Mr Spender came to our home, as my husband and I found great difficulty in climbing the stairs to his office. He took great trouble in explaining the Lasting Power of Attorney to us. I was able to read the forms, but my husband, who has Macular Degeneration could not. Mr Spender spent time and effort in reading the forms to him.
