This work covers disputes arising from troublesome tenants and tenancy breaches, including possession actions, rent arrears, breach of covenant, anti-social behaviour and related enforcement. A solicitor drafts notices, negotiates settlements, applies to the county court for possession or injunctions, and represents the client at hearings. They coordinate with housing authorities, probation or support services where relevant, and advise on remedies available under housing legislation to protect the client’s interests.

“Poole Alcock have been great from start to finish, we have used them a couple of times previously and always use the same solicitors. They are very patient when the inevitable hick ups crop up, and make the process very simple. Always responding and keeping us well informed, it’s very reassuring from a consumers point of view. Special mention to Sophie, and James who we always choice to deal with. ”

“I was recommended Delicia by a friend and was not disappointed. She and her firm were responsive and proactive - I never had to chase them for anything. Although the purchase process had some hiccoughs, I was reassured by their attention to detail and would thoroughly recommend her to anyone else. Possibly not the cheapest out there, but you get what you pay for and I wouldn't want to save on this sort of thing if it meant poorer service. I've heard stories from friends of mistakes in the documents their solicitors provided them, but I had no such experience with Paris Smith, everything was great.”

“The team came thru' for us in the end and I feel sure that some of the complexities along the way must have opened up new avenues in the sales and, legal matters, of leasehold properties that may prove useful in the future. David Thomas”

“I arranged to speak to Andrew Campbell to discuss an on-going domestic issue linked to a property. Throughout the meeting Andrew was attentive, made sure he fully understood the situation, and my concerns, while providing a detailed breakdown of options available to me. At no time did I feel pushed into a course of action. Overall the service I recieved was excellent.”

“I used John Smart at Richard Griffiths for the probate and sorting out of my Aunt’s Will. He was professional and helped us to sort out a tricky situation. I found him professional but not distant, easy to communicate with and available when I needed questions answered. I also used Georgianna and team for the conveyancing of the property I was selling. They were efficient and kept everything moving along nicely. Again it was always possible to get hold of someone to answer questions and report on progress. I highly recommend the firm. Everyone has been a pleasure to deal with.”
