Best Housing & Property Solicitors in Devon

“We used RFB for our conveyancing needs during our recent house move in North London. Afsheen Nasr was our solicitor and was a thorough professional. She kept us fully informed throughout the process, cutting through the legal jargon, efficiently answering detailed questions from our buyers and sellers legal teams. She was meticulous in carrying out searches and in drawing up the contracts, whilst meeting our very tight deadline in an exceptionally busy period. I thoroughly recommend RFB and particularly Afsheen Nasr”

“Throughout the entire matter David Chapman and his staff were kind, thoughtful and understanding, without ever being patronizing. During the protracted purchasing of a property, caused by problems of one type or another with a rather long chain, David and staff were always on the ball and genuinely cared for us and worked to an eventually successful outcome.”

“Many thanks to Annabelle O'Higgins and Jazmine Grant for all of their amazing hard work during the purchase of my first house! Annabelle and Jazmine were extremely professional, patient and kind, communicating and explaining things throughout the whole process to me and working diligently to secure an exchange and completion date as soon as they possibly could. I have recommended them both to a number of other people currently buying properties and requiring a solicitor. Thanks again!”

“Used Nash & Co Solicitors to sell my flat. Excellent service, James Kerswill was very efficient and professional, very quick to respond to emails/queries, got the job done, dealt with difficult solicitor on the other side, took the stress out of selling my flat. Would definitely use again in the future and highly recommend! Thank you!”

“We cannot praise Maitland Walker enough - especially Alex Griffin we were constantly kept informed and any queries we had answered by Alex so promptly, he was professional, friendly and a joy to deal with, we would recommend your firm to our fiends and family. ”

“We used Howard & Over for our recent house move after a recommendation from a friend and what can we say... our case was assigned to Danielle Harris, and we could not have been more lucky! The moving process was what can only be described as horrendous, regarding push backs and push backs, thoughout this whole process (8 months) Danielle kept us calm and remained positive throughout with nothing but professionalism and respect regarding how difficult the process was! Just want to say a massive personal thank you to Danielle and the rest of the team involved! Will definitely be recommending Howard and Over to others in need!”
