Both my wife and I have nothing but praise for the way our conveyance was handled, Amy Paterson was certainly well organised, promptly, and effectively dealing with all the relevant correspondence. Nothing was too much trouble and when I had any queries or concerns, they were dealt with very professionally. Amy and the other team members were brilliant. I was initially concerned about using and app and dealing with a lot of the paperwork electronically. I needed not worry as it was easy to navigate and a great way of updated and keeping track of all communications. Your company with Amy as lead provided a superb service and helping us navigate through the conveyancing with clear instruction and the required support along the way. Amy and her conveyancing team, especially James with whom I had the most day-to-day dealings, were exceptional. My house sale fell through twice ( both times as the chain collapsed further down) before finally completing on the third attempt so it was a protracted process. At all stages, the team were efficient, prompt in replying to emails, and gave clear advice throughout. They were also friendly and approachable which made everything seem less stressful than it might otherwise have been. I would recommend them without hesitation.
