Kristel Wan provided excellent service and managed to complete my property transaction within just 3 months. She was highly responsible and consistently responded quickly to all my queries. I strongly recommend this law firm to anyone in need of professional and efficient legal services. Feel free to adjust if needed!

I was really pleased and was extremely happy with my conveyancing service. The whole process felt seamless and my emails and requests were dealt with promptly. I was mainly working with Rebecca who was brilliant, she talked me through the process at the start and I felt immediately comfortable. Claire helped me whilst Rebecca was not available and my purchase completed with no hiccups. I could not have been happier, thank you Cozens-hardy!

Ive always used local solicitors when purchasing property, however because this was an Auction purchase and it had such a short completion date and it being Christmas my local solicitors left me out in the cold 🥶.. so after after a frantic search I found Jessica at Placidi law... she firstly got and extention and from that point was a pure professional 👏.. I had a few few issues with the Auction company but as always Jessica was there to deal with any problems that arose. I will be using Placidi law again on my next purchase and Jessica Whitbourn is a credit to the company 🙌🏼.. highly highly recommended

I have the highest opinion of Ian Cranefield as he was the only one of three solicitors that actually answer my question and did not tell me that I should have done something that could have put my home in a precarious position.

Mehmoona Tahir is an absolute gem. I cannot thank Mehmoona Tahir enough for her dedication and support. She is an amazing person who is empathetic, professional, and committed every step of the way. Solicitors like her are rare, and the legal profession needs more people with her level of care and integrity. Highly recommend her for her services as I wouldn't be where I am today.

I have used Lichfield Reynolds several times to carry out property conveyancing work for me. I find them to be professional, approachable and competitively priced. I will continue to use them in the future.
