Two years ago I used the services of Slater Heelis to arrange a Capacity Assessment for my sister and just recently a Deed of Variation for her will. Prior to that I had used the services of Towns Neesham, a firm who later joined with SLater Heelis, where they had dealt with the purchase of father's house, the subsequent transfer of ownership to my sister, prepared my sisters will and later dealt with the sale of her house. I have every confidence in the excellent services and guidance given by the Slater Heelis solicitors and I would use the firm again.

Following an initial consultation meeting with Georgia Cliffe solicitor and Victoria Timothy (Partner Private Client Group). I decided to instruct SAS Daniels to instruct SAS Daniels to proceed with the preparation of a Deed of Variation to redirect funds to my children and grandchildren resulting from the settlement of my sister-in-laws estate. Georgia Cliffe undertook the work involved. Throughout the relatively short process Georgia maintained a very good level of communication with me. This is the third time I have used Taylor and Emmet for my house conveyancing and overall I was equally happy with this experience. I did have some early frustration with trying to find the right person to answer a query I had. While I understand the increased efficiency of completing forms online, I had to try several different times to find someone who could answer my question about whether I could proceed even though the vendor had not obtained probate in order to sell the property. However, after that the work was completed smoothly and efficiently and I was kept informed during the exchange and completion phase of the transaction.
