The Disclosure Pilot Scheme covers how parties identify, exchange and manage documents in civil litigation, under the Civil Procedure Rules in England. A solicitor in this area helps prepare and respond to disclosure directions, coordinates document collection, preservation and search implications, drafts and negotiates orders for standard or bespoke disclosure, and advises on costs implications and potential sanctions for non-compliance. The work is shaped by case type, court direction, and the pilot’s parameters on scope, timing, and proportionality.

“I'm an estate agent, and I therefore deal with countless solicitors who are invariably below-par. What a breath of fresh air the team at Elite Law are! Sonia Balrai has just pushed through one of the most difficult transactions that I've been involved with for many years; without her tenacity, responsiveness, hard work and determination the chain would have certainly collapsed. If you're looking for a conveyancing solicitor, you should look no further; this team are at the top of their game.”

What Disclosure Pilot Scheme clients highlight
“I have been fighting a case for three years and from day one I met Michael you could sense he genuinely cares for you as an individual not just a ‘client’. He always kept me updated and checked regularly on my mental well-being. Honestly feel like I have gained a friend, I was facing quite a challenging situation however the Cartwright team rose to the occasion TWICE and done a fantastic job in the courts. I’m very convinced if anyone else had handled this case I wouldn’t have my freedom writing this now. His team were experienced in variety of situations and fought rigorously to get the best outcome in the interest of their client. Words simply couldn’t show my complete appreciation of the Cartwright team ! ”
