“That devastating moment arrived when my family needed legal representation. We had no idea where to go or who to turn to. We started researching and making a few calls. “Lease extension - The phrase “due diligence” is often loosely used however, in my opinion, this phrase was created to uniquely describe Neelam Trikha of Amphlett Lissimore. This lady is an absolute “rotweiller” for detail and made the process of extending a lease on a property painless and affordable, considering the unexpected extensive work involved. This lady will not leave a stone unturned and proved so locating essential missing paperwork that had been buried in archives for over 30 years. Her attention to detail in reviewing a rather antiquated original lease, prior to the extension application, was breathtaking. There were no wasteful expensive emails, just a telephone call, in plain simple language to explain any progress and plans. If you want something done with confidence and ultimately finely tuned results, Neelam should be your first port of call.”
