Top 10 of 2,597 law firms for Cerebral Palsy Compensation Claims, Personal Injury

Law firms ranked by client reviews

Cerebral palsy compensation claims arising from birth injury or medical negligence leave a person with lifelong disability. A solicitor investigates liability, collects medical records and expert reports, and prepares a claim to recover care costs, adaptations, and losses such as diminished earnings. They negotiate with NHS bodies or private providers and may pursue proceedings in the county court or High Court, using medical and financial evidence to quantify damages. The case is shaped by liability, prognosis and the level of lifelong care required.

Where a solicitor protects your position

Lifelong care costs and family impact are central. A solicitor coordinates robust expert evidence, oversees care-cost calculations, interim payments, and funding options, and manages settlement or court proceedings to secure appropriate damages and future support.

On arrival I tripped and had a heavy fall sustaining injuries. The accident form was filled in by a receptionist. I duly signed the document but failed to read it over, am error on my part but I was in much pain. Whether I was at fault or the receptionist misheard me. Later when I saw the report it appeared that it was not the report I expected.
