I was involved in a road traffic incident in 2018 and needed legal representation. Finding good legal representation is paramount and can be a total minefield. I'm very happy to say I selected Morgan's Solicitors in Dunfermline and namely Brian Tait to represent my interests. I made an appointment and Brian and his team were very helpful, professional and easy to talk to. Brian was in contact and kept me updated all the way, providing me sound legal advice. Not only this i could not be more pleased with the outcome as he won my case and saved me from losing my driving licence. So a massive thanks to Brian and his team and I would/will highly recommend in him in the future. Many thanks brian tait im so very greatful. connor.

Nick Upright, what can I say? Absolute legend!! After being passed around from pillar to post he took my case. He knew all along it was ridiculous but went through every motion from get go, to barristers to dealing with several solicitors to giving me the best news in nearly six years. ITS OVER!! Nick and his team got me out of a real pickle and I didn’t mind the price (it was a hell of a lot cheaper than it could have been). Thank you very much, I know who to call!

Fantastic service with Russell very good understanding of our situation and had sympathy was also very efficient and done well within the timescale thankyou very much

I would like to thank to IMD Solicitors - Mr. Roy Parmar and his entire team, Mr. Adam Bendowski and Mr. Alexandru Duminica, for their work and effort in winning the case. I didn't think I had any chance, but thanks to Mr. Roy Parmar and his experience, everything went smoothly.Thank you

Thank you for transferring my settlement funds to my account so promptly. As this will be our last communication I would like to thank you for all the work you have put into pursuing my claim, with pleasing results. I appreciate how you listened and acted on what I had to say and kept me informed throughout the somewhat lengthy procedure. I must say, at one point, I had resigned myself to a negative outcome but I hadn't reckoned on your perseverance! I will certainly contact you in the future if I require any legal advice. Your professional but friendly approach impressed me. Thank you.

Keith is an accomplished lawyer and more than that recognises the need to explain to clients the process, it’s potential to disappoint and reward. An adept ability to tailor the information by understanding his audience. I could simply not have faced the process without his expert guidance. His attention to detail ensured the right outcome, I will be eternally grateful to him.
