Falls from height in England arise from incidents at work or in public spaces where someone else's fault may be responsible. A solicitor will review the circumstances, gather CCTV, witness statements and medical reports, identify the responsible party or occupier, and pursue a claim for injuries when negligence or breach of health and safety duties is shown. The work may involve negotiation or court action to secure compensation.

“I had a motorcycle accident case that lasted 4 years against the borough and public transport, and Rizwan Waheed and associate Arooba Ahsan from Farani Taylor handled everything from start to finish. It was a tough case, but they fought for me the whole way through and never gave up. They kept me updated, explained everything clearly, and always made me feel supported during a really stressful time. In the end, we won the case — and I know that wouldn’t have been possible without their hard work and dedication. If you need a solicitor who will truly fight for you and stand by your side no matter how long it takes, I can’t recommend Rizwan Waheed and his associate Arooba Ahsan from Farani Taylor enough.”

“Stephen Silverman and Stephanie Hunter of OGR Stock Denton were a great support during the three years of my case. They were very responsive, professional and helpful. They always made sure I understood everything to the full extent. I dealt mostly with Stephanie throughout the last year of my case, and she was always on the other end of the phone whenever I needed. The firm did everything they could to help me, and this came from the highest level of genuine care. They provided me with very good advice, and had my best interest at heart. ”
