    Fantastic Solicitors, fantastic service!

    We used Poole Alcock for a claim after my elderly grandma was injured as a result of being hit by a door in a shopping precinct. My nan is 90 and was quite worried about the scale of making a claim. From the very first telephone conversation she was put at ease which was great and gave her confidence that she was doing the right thing. Along the way there were delays from external organisations with replies and results but Georgina and her team consistently pushed for answers and replies and kept us up to date regularly with what was happening and how they were getting on. Even if there was nothing really new to report they always made contact which gave the assurance everything was under control. In the end we reached a really positive conclusion to our case and couldn't be happier with the end result or the service. I highly recommend them.

    This review covers a personal injury claim for my daughter, who was knocked over by a car. I spent some time selecting Poole Alcock, based on reviews. On completion of the 10 month process, including recovery, I can confirm that they are a wise choice to represent your potential claim. I was guided by Georgina Coppenhall, who was helpful, supportive and spent time explaining the process. Given the time claims such as this take, it is important to keep an electronic diary of events, evidence and costs, understand the next steps and be clear on the fair final claim that you deserve, any insurer will try offers below your expectation. Georgina has plenty of experience and will guide you accordingly.
