Then Sara in Disputes really helped us out when we encountered a difficult yet totally unexpected situation. When a car backed into us while we were totally stationary, we immediately filed incident report with rental company. More than half a year later, the opposite side tried to change the story with insurance to pin us , maybe hoping we lost all photo evidence? No idea. Megan Hawkey was professional and helpful throughout the process and never failed to get back promptly with an email response, or a phone call if we had left her a message. She made time for us, when we had queries over the Declaration of Trust, and when we were driving ourselves quite mad trying to work out the figures, Megan went through them herself which took some time as it was quite a complicated scenario, and reassured us that we had pretty much got it right in the beginning and then provided us with a detailed statement. The customer service was both efficient and personal, and Megan did everything possible to bring matters to a close as quickly as possible, as we had already had one aborted exchange back in the summer.
