Joint Wills in England and Wales are a single document made by two people, typically a couple, that settles how their property will pass on death with the survivor usually bound by the agreement. A solicitor advises on whether this arrangement suits tax planning and family needs, drafts the joint document, clarifies survivorship and any survivorship provisions, arranges witnessing and storage, and helps with later changes or revocation if one party dies or the arrangement needs updating.

“I have been struggling with sorting my Dads estate on my own, as no will left, and not ever had to deal with a parent passing which hits so horrendously, called Chris and he was so sympathetic, gave me the most amazing advice and even his number for future reference, and not once did he try and book me a zoom call charged by the minute !!!
