I needed a conveyancer for my first house purchase and Sam was highly recommended to me by a friend’s dad, who had repeatedly gone back to her over the years for various sales and purchases (as had his family members and friends, upon his recommendation) and wouldn’t use anyone else. She was indeed fantastic, and I’m so thankful to have had that recommendation. Sam is very friendly and approachable, super-efficient, was very prompt at keeping me up-dated, and tenacious in chasing others up, when necessary, during the purchase process. She really knows her stuff and proffered me (being new to all this) an abundance of advice and was incredibly helpful. I relied on her skill, knowledge and professionalism a lot, and will definitely go back to her again if/when I need a conveyancer in the future. Great team at longden walker and renny Sarah and Stephen were great at letting us know what was happening and updating is also got completion done in the 28 days time frame. Definitely would not go anywere else for solicitors.

I will shout from the rooftops at how brilliant this firm is, not once have I had to chase them up! as a first time buyer from Newcastle I’ve had a few bad experience with mortgage advisors in Newcastle, until I found a absolute gem, called Armenal Dodds, who’s from Sunderland and then this firm was recommended by family. I’m originally from Sunderland so I trust Sunderland people more to get the job right. They have been so quick to do everything, the searches etc. I’ve heard horror stories that it takes months and months to buy a house but for me it’s only been just about 3 months! Rebecca Downey and Jackie Rutherford are absolutely brilliant. Rebecca has been such a gem and also the receptionist I love her cheery demeanor whenever I ring, and she’s always said my name right which I really appreciate. I love this firm and no doubt I will use them again and will 100% recommend them.

Belated thanks to Chris Clayton for giving me some good advice at a difficult time. Whilst I didn’t end up taking my case further, I really appreciate the fact Longden Walker & Renney offered a free consultation to decide how to take things forward. My case might not have seemed very important to some solicitors due to the small amount of money involved, but Chris took the time to listen, understand and give me options, which meant a lot at an upsetting time. I must give my feedback/review for services provided by Stephen and Sarah at Longden Walker & renney solicitors. Stephen is highly professional and absolute friendly at the same time. He explains everything to the point and with smallest details, and make sure individual is fully aware of both positive and negative factors. I must recommend their services. His PA Sarah is also fantastic, and takes timely follow up as and when required. The lady on reception @Susan greets you with her sweet and cheerfull voice everytime. Overall 10 on 10 for them all. Recommend 100%
