We had a very positive experience with LWR both over the telephone and in person. The reception staff were welcoming and efficient. Nicole put us at ease immediately due to her kind and thoughtful manner. We were able to explain what we wanted and she gave us clear advice on how to achieve this. She is both knowledgeable and professional with a lovely way of engaging with people. This, coupled with a prompt timescale made for a first class service. We would not hesitate to recommend LWR.

He explains everything to the point and with smallest details, and make sure individual is fully aware of both positive and negative factors. I must recommend their services. His PA Sarah is also fantastic, and takes timely follow up as and when required. The lady on reception @Susan greets you with her sweet and cheerfull voice everytime. Overall 10 on 10 for them all.
