    Lucy was absolutely brilliant, she worked miracles to complete our sale consistently pushing the other solicitors in the chain for answers. She was really understanding and brilliant with communicating, responding straight away to emails and answering calls. Although I had many questions Lucy knew the answer straight away to them all.
