The process was very straight forward although a bit longer than I thought expected.

I would like to say thank you to Kolshuma and Chloe who were nothing but efficient, prompt, helpful, responsive and patient throughout the process. They made the whole thing seem so much less stressful, they were willing to answer all questions (and quickly!). I haven't got a bad word to say about how they've handled our case.
