We can't recommend Willsons Solicitors highly enough for our recent shared ownership purchase. From start to finish, Sarah and her team (Leigh, Emma) were consistently proactive, keeping the case moving at every stage rather than letting it stall. Questions and points of confusion were always addressed quickly and clearly, which made a genuinely complex process feel manageable. Despite local authority searches alone taking around a month to come back, the overall conveyancing was still completed within roughly three months — a real credit to how efficiently the file was managed. Coordination with the seller's solicitors and the housing association was handled smoothly throughout, with none of the back-and-forth delays we'd been warned to expect. When Sarah was away, Kian and Tenzing stepped in seamlessly and looked after our case just as attentively, which gave us real confidence in the firm as a whole rather than just one individual. Their rates were also competitive, and having a proper, established bricks-and-mortar office added a lot of credibility and reassurance — we visited in person to sign our documents and found a professional, well-run office in a good area, which only reinforced our confidence in the firm. All in all, an excellent experience from a genuinely switched-on and responsive team.
