We asked Corinne to prepare our wills and were delighted with the speed and efficiency of the firm. Despite not having looked at our wills for 20 years Corinne efficiently bought them up-to-date taking care of all relevant details.
It was such a pleasure dealing with her as she attended to every detail and really listened. It’s not a one size fits all thing to make a will and Alsters Kelley did a brilliant job

they were responsive initially and seemed to start working properly and professionally at my case. however, after some interactions, they stopped responding after a half-finished job and after missing numerous deadlines they had set for themselves. I eventually had to submit a court claim to reclaim my money. After this, they swiftly returned my money (earning them some minimal credit at least).

On a separate note, I’d like to say how impressed I am with your customer service, you’ve personally been tremendously helpful. The Leamington branch have also the receptionist was friendly and the solicitor Haidee was unbelievably helpful. In a world where customer services leaves much to the imagination, your company are doing an absolutely fantastic job and I will certainly be using you and recommending you based on what I have experienced.

Spoke to Jonathan in regards to legal issue, he was so honest and genuine with his advice and knowledge. His advice came from human to another not a solicitor trying to gain future work, which was so refreshing.
I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, infact due to this honest approach ive spoken to themin to go forward with separate matter
