Pavanjeet helped us with our wills and LPA, which we knew very little about. She gave us excellent advice, which made our will making simple. She explained the tenants in common legalities perfectly, never baffling us with legal jargon thus making the whole process very painless. We recently used Philip Jones for the sale of one property and the purchase of two, none of these transactions were particularly straightforward but Philip worked through every hurdle for us and we got there eventually. Email responses were extremely prompt and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend Philip to any of my friends and family.
If you're a private paying client avoid giving your money to this business on all fronts. A shoddy service on both court hearing dates. Also some charges are not justified rather just charged as thats what they would get away with when claiming on behalf of someone whos eligible for legal aid. Happy to discuss with anyone.

We had wills drawn up under the Shakespeare Hospice Make a Will Scheme. The whole process was managed very well - will friendly and professional service. Knowing the hospice was benefitting was an added bonus.

Concern was that a Neale Bell was taking all my private info, files, medical reports, and yet stopped responding to give acknowledgment or to proceed or not proceed. Perhaps they don't need me as a client but have the courtesy to say so, confirm receipts of sensitive files as they requested, and due to a sudden stop- no response from them I then emailed to request they permanently delete all files/records of me, but received automated email instead. So please DELETE my info you have on your records of me since you suddenly stopped to bother answering my questions. Thanks.
