Professional, courteous and all round quality of service. Conveyancing may not be the glamorous side of the legal profession but it's the one that most of us will require. Ignore your Estate Agent that tells you they can sort it for you with their Conveyancing "centres" and hire a professional like Christie. It will save you money and hassle in the long run.

Many thanks to Ravi and Javairia for making what could have been a stressful property sale and purchase as pain free as they could. I genuinely don't think that any part of their service could have been improved upon.
Dreadful. My friend is trying to buy a house and chose Penman's to do the conveyancing. Worst decision ever. His solicitor is ghosting him?! It's over six months now for what should be a simple cash purchase with no chain. His solicitor doesn't respond to any of his attempts to contact her. If there's a problem they should be letting him know, not ignoring him?? Just wouldn't ever recommend this solicitors to anyone.
Used for Sell/ Buy conveyancing, competitive pricing and Sue did a great job keeping on top of the file, really appreciate!
Recently used Penmans for Conveyancing on a house purchase. Working with solicitors on a daily basis on commercial properties, I'm used to the varying degrees of speed. Christie was amazing, incredibly efficient, I'd go as far as to say the woman is a machine. Christie managed to get me over the line within six weeks from being handed my purchase. I couldn't recommend her highly enough.

Having been disappointed during my previous contact with Penmans, it was refreshing to deal with Christie Russell who immediately grasped the essence of the problem and was determined to move the case forward with minimum delay. Her communication was excellent and we had confidence in her professional ability to overcome problems we had experienced, leading to a positive outcome. All my remarks on this Assessment Review refer only to Christie Russell and not to any of our previous dealings with Penmans, which had not alwas been satisfactory.

We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy. Having reviewed our records, we have been unable to find any record of you being a client of the practice. As a result, we are unable to investigate or comment on the concerns raised in your review. If you believe this to be incorrect, or if you would like to discuss the matter further, please contact our Practice Manager, who will be happy to assist and answer any questions you may have.
Concern was that a Neale Bell was taking all my private info, files, medical reports, and yet stopped responding to give acknowledgment or to proceed or not proceed. Perhaps they don't need me as a client but have the courtesy to say so, confirm receipts of sensitive files as they requested, and due to a sudden stop- no response from them I then emailed to request they permanently delete all files/records of me, but received automated email instead. So please DELETE my info you have on your records of me since you suddenly stopped to bother answering my questions. Thanks.

If your worried about court I highly recommend you have Mark Mcnally or David Latham as your solicitor. They will give you the best representation you will find in coventry. Highly Recommend
