I just wanted to thank Mr Nyamayaro for all the help he gave us after we attended his offices yesterday. It was a last minute appointment and even though he was fully booked he agreed to see us. When we arrived it was evident that he was very busy, it was day end after 5pm and he still took his time, didn't rush us and was deeply touched when we wanted some documents certifying but didn't have money to pay he did it for free, his words," vana vangu mabva kure I will just certify this for you for free". 20 year route

Tan Law service was professional and the were patient and very helpful through the whole process. It was a long journey, from February 2022 till October 2023 when I received the refusal. They were quite reassuring as we placed the appeal through. April 2024, not only was I granted leave to remain, but the previous refusal was withdrawn.
