Taking legal action is not for the faint hearted, it’s a lengthy process having to constantly relive a painful experience, attend medical examinations, read/discuss reports … and I don’t think I would have got through this without Kate Campbell Gunn who is an empathetic, good person who will talk to you at your level, advise and listen. I suffered aesthetic and functional injuries following cosmetic surgery. My case was a difficult one, but Kate took it on after very poor service from another firm and I will forever be grateful to her. I have now received compensation and though I will always carry scars and nothing will ever be the same, I am now able to pay for expensive revision and start to rebuild my life. Thank you Kate.

I highly recommend Kate Campbell-Gunn.
I contacted Kate at a time where, due to clinical negligence, I had no trust in professionals and was extremely traumatised. Straight away I felt at ease with Kate, I trusted her, felt her empathy and knew she would do all she could do help. She worked so hard for us in what ended up being a three year case, always keeping us up to date, advising on next steps and putting us in touch with the best clinical experts. Often in sensitive cases involving childbirth, PTSD causes a lot of self-blame and guilt. Kate knew that the admittance of negligence was vital for us, and she achieved this as well as a settlement far beyond what we were expecting. In short, I am so happy I got in touch with Kate and trusted her to work on our case.. doing so was life changing. Thank you Kate, we are so grateful.
