Diabolical service

Absolutely diabolical service, Gemma took weeks to contact me then weeks to draw up a legal document. Upon checking my bill she has charged me for emails to my ex-husband giving him advice as he did not have a solicitor. Arranged payment from ex to there bank account without my knowledge. Stopped taking my calls could only contact through email. Even reception never answered my calls. Had to put 141 in front of my number

Paid for a statement that was inaccurate so couldn’t use for my court case.

I was recommended this firm by a friend but the service I got was most certainly not to the standard i expected.
I wished to use the solicitor to represent me for a hearing and help me provide my statement to the court. Soon after i handed over initial fee for statement (£300) I knew i had made a mistake as there was a lack of communication and lack of confidence in the solicitor so I soon started to look for another firm. I asked for a refund as my solicitor did not have the time to discuss the case in full and put me at ease. Due to being refused a refund I continued to try persevere and hope that support with my at least my statement would be a success. This was not the case the draft statement provided was very inaccurate due to me not being given the time to discuss with my solicitor the full scale of events leading up to the case. Therefore I could not use the statement and due to the deadline had to provide the statement myself which I found stressful and was upset £300 had been wasted.
Perhaps covid -19 or too many cases meant the solicitor couldn’t work to her full potential.

Namita Mankotia, solicitor

Namita Mankotia has helped me immensely in obtaining a final court order in which I am able to be a father to my daughters. She has guided advised supported and comforted me in every step of the proceedings. When the storm was at its greatest strength and the waves were enough to capsize,,she kept the ship afloat and brought me out of the storm to smooth sailing. I am forever grateful for all she has done. She has always maintained the most professional conduct imaginable. Thank you trillions over again to Namita and all at HRS FAMILY LAW SOLICITORS LIMITED

Great Solicitors. Personal, attentive, friendly and supportive

I would highly recommend this Family Law Firm. Sign-posted to them by CAB and the best thing to happen. My case moved over to the Walsall Branch during Covid-19 and whilst not necessarily local to me, I couldn't have been happier with the Solicitor and continuation of service, support, legal advice and guidance I received. Other staff at the Branch always extremely helpful also. Felt that both I and my case mattered and was top priority. I can't thank my solicitor enough for getting me through to the final court hearing and getting a positive outcome.

AVOID, TERRIBLE SERVICE

I employed HRS solicitors to deal with my divorce . After about a month my local branch was closed down and I wasn't informed. I later had the pleasure of speaking to the delightful(NOT) Lundy on the phone basically abusing me saying I hadn't paid(hadn't been invoiced like the other payments), they also hadn't added the VAT on like they had with other payments. she was absolutely vile and made me cry on the phone, when I made a complaint they stuck up for her, the calls aren't recorded so she can basically talk to you like s&&$t and get away with it, I was so upset and they did nothing. The first solicitor I was dealing with left, it was only when I emailed her it bounced back saying she no longer worked for them. I called the firm and asked who had taken on my case as I had not been informed. I was then assigned Sana, things didn't get any better, I had to chase her for everything, and then would get a sarcastic email back. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE service, I am glad I am now divorced 2 years later and I don't have to deal with the arseholes that work at this company. Please don't give this company your money

I'd leave 0 stars if it was possible.

Shocking, my son was directed to this company for legal aid but didnt qualify. Have paid nearly £2000 for nothing so far. Lack of action under instruction and poor advice, fails to respond to emails for weeks. Repeated concerns raised on competency and negligence, was told he'd be passed to someone else but hasn't happened solicitor has lied about issues raised even though evidenced in writiing. Far more but way to much to detail in reveiw, AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Now going to SRA as cannot get a response from MD. Children have gone back to an abusive home because of incompetence and negligence.

If there was a minus stars option...

Savannah sparrow of Dudley branch and Amy James of west Bromwich under Ben Herbert (who I only met once) branch have ruined my life. They have single handedly arranged for my abuser to have forever control over my life with my two children being neglected both emotionally and medically. No court bundle was created for my final hearing despite Savannah assuring me that she had prepared one and sent it to the court as they required £2000 to represent me in court (as my legal aid wasn't going to cover it)
No bundle was received by the judge yet the hearing went ahead. I never received any orders after and I've spent since February chasing my order and getting ignored.

You've ruined my life and the lives of my son's. I hope your proud of yourselves.
