We have used George Green solicitors after being recommended by Taylor’s estate agents to purchase our first home. We were assigned Paul KETTLE as our solicitor and I can honestly say we have had no issues with him and the service he has provided. He kept us updated, stayed in regular contact and constantly chased other solicitors in the chain. Conveyancing solicitors often have a bad reputation but Paul has changed our perspective, especially after having a negative experience previously. His secretary Rebecca was also very friendly, helpful and informative if Paul wasn’t available. We would definitely recommend George Green to others and use them again.

From their website I registered an interest for them to do the conveyancing for a property. By the afternoon I hadn't heard anything. I called their office in Cradley and was told they were on lunch and would call me back. They never did. At least I know now they are unreliable rather than starting business with them.

Regrettably, having been a client of George Green for over 35 years and having successfully completed around ten property sales with them previously, I will not be using them again. On this occasion, I felt I did not receive the level of support I needed when dealing with a buyer’s solicitor who adopted a dilatory approach, repeatedly introduced new requirements, and failed to commit to an exchange and completion date. This lack of proactive support meant the sale ultimately fell through..

I highly recommend George Green. My Solicitor, Helen, is the best solicitor I have ever had. She kept me informed, always answered my queries promptly, plus is very knowledgeable. The conveyancing all went through quickly and I really felt like the whole thing was in a very safe pair of hands. Also, all the staff I spoke with at GG were courteous and helpful. All in all, a very positive experience.

It's took me a while to leave this review, purely because I dived straight into a renovation! I just wanted to say thank you to Gabriela at George Green because she was fantastic from start to finish, very thorough & made sure I was happy with everything. She was very knowledgable & was exactly what I needed from a solicitor, after all its a massive purchase & you really need someone who knows what they're doing. I have had previous conveyancers who were an absolute nightmare & caused so much stress. Gabriela was a welcome change to this, & although purchasing is undoubtably stressful, she really did minimise the stress with her experience & professionalism. Thank you Gabriela! I would highly recommend Gabriela at George Green!!
