    We had a difficult house sale that should have been straightforward, but the total incompetence and unprofessionalism of the other side’s solicitors turned what should have been a simple process into an unbelievable shambles. She ensured that we were fully compliant and ready to complete at all times, all while helping us maintain our sanity!
