Bower & Bailey are not good as a solicitors and law firm. They did not properly arrange my case. They waited and lost valuable time. I am now ruined as a person and left with mental illness and a scared face no one was bought to book for. A big give away is, If you look at their reviews on their own website. You will see mainly corporate fools (obviously their school tie buddies I bet!) saying how great their corporate mates are!!! Bower & Bailey Ruined My Life! TJE

Bower & Bailey (specifically Brit Stevens) handled the management of probate of my late father's estate. Although this can be quite a daunting prospect at a time of personal loss, the process was brilliantly explained and handled efficiently and in a friendly manner. I wasn't instructed properly, my assets were increased on my E form. I was unnecessary stressed by the solicitors and the solicitor enabled opposing solicitor to use 'I will ruin you ' strategy on me. I paid all bills, but I was accused of not doing so. My family members were trashed as the solicitor enabled post separation abuse of me. The solicitor ignored that my ex tracked my phone and ignored threats from my ex's family member. The solicitor blocked me from going to court or reporting to the police about my ex's criminal activity. I felt being played despite having enough health issues and dealing with criminal investigation into my ex. When I left the solicitor, I did not received all my documents back and my file was deliberately postponed, so the opposing solicitor got an opportunity to abuse me ignoring my health problems. The solicitor was visibly influenced by opposing solicitor and let the opposing solicitor to speak to me like I was born yesterday and deserved abuse. The actions of the opposing solicitor made me to report all solicitors to Solicitors Regulation Authority as their behaviour was against the Code of Conduct. There was a lot of dishonesty, incorrect or contradicting statements, deliberate mistakes that consumed time and money and over disappointment with local solicitors, that resulted in distrust and no respect in family law solicitors.

I had an excellent experience with this firm during my redundancy process. Duncan was outstanding — he took the time to fully understand my situation and provided clear, practical advice throughout. The matter was resolved very quickly despite a tight deadline, and he went above and beyond to support me at every stage. He was always responsive and reassuring, which made a very stressful situation much easier to manage. Thanks to his expertise, I was able to achieve a very positive outcome. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both him and the firm to anyone needing employment law support.
