    I have been dealing with RWK for a while now specifically Simon Elliman. The knowledge, support and help we have had is next to none. It's been been made a lot easier with his attention to detail, asking of the right questions and general easiness to approach for anything you need clarification on.     Working with Ronna and Becky at RWK Goodman was an absolute pleasure. As an estate agent, it can sometimes be hard to build relationships with solicitors but this was not the case here. Ronna and Becky were exceptionally quick to respond, super knowledgeable and always had 5 minutes to update me on the progress of the sale. My situation wasn't all that usual but the team assigned to my case really went above and beyond to get everything sorted as we slogged through quite a long and complex progress.     the receptionist kept saying Government instead of Goodman when she answered the phone!!!I thought i was getting the nice stylish HMG law firm in the High Street but i got this other firm in Botley instead..so they should make this fact clear as it is misleading on the advert..was looking forward to meeting my lawyer but he found a small technical issue in my conveyancing case and he felt it was too complex so he bailed on me!!..and i was prepared to pay double the going rate too since he charged over £2200 for a job that others quoted at around £1200...so now it is I and not this law firm,who is resolving the minor technical issue!! at least i am a law post grad...so dont bother with this firm it is not the real HMG law of olden days..

      I would have no hesitation in recommending Steph for all Clinical Negligence cases. She is trustworthy, super efficient, professional, approachable, understanding, friendly and kind. She got to know both me and my case and kept me updated throughout the life of my claim with regular emails and calls. This ensured I was always fully informed on the current progress and what the next steps would be. If I ever needed to discuss anything she would respond promptly the same day. You can tell that Steph genuinely cares about her clients and will do the best she can for them, nothing is too much trouble even when things get complicated.       Professional and compassionate support through a difficult process

      Maud acted for me in relation to a fatal accident claim in France following the death of my brother. The matter was understandably lengthy and involved proceedings in the French courts, but throughout the process she was consistently professional, clear in her advice, and measured in her approach. Maud always took the time to explain matters and keep us updated on progress. I particularly appreciated the calm and pragmatic way she handled negotiations towards the end of the case. Although the circumstances surrounding the claim were obviously very sad, I’m grateful for the work and effort Maud put into the case over a long period of time and would have no hesitation in recommending her.
