      Fantastic experience - conveyancing

      Sarah was very professional and was a pleasure to deal with. We communicated mainly via email but when I had questions about the process she was only a phone call away, and was patient explaining things to this first time buyer! She provided updates at least weekly which was much appreciated. When our sellers presented a sudden decline for exchange she managed to get everything sorted in a very short timescale. We really appreciate her going above and beyond and would highly recommend HCR Law.

      Great experience with Alison and would thoroughly recommend. She helped us complete on both our sale and purchase. A few issues came up on our sale specific to estate management covenants on our title deeds Rather than letting things drift Alison was proactive throughout and managed/prompted all other parties to push towards completion. Clarified any questions we had in an easy to understand manner.
