While the job got done and responses and actions were generally quick, we were left disappointed by a couple of things after a very positive experience 6 years ago which prompted us to return to WGA again this time. A lack of care in checking figures meant we had a lot of back and forth to correct certain things which would have been great to avoid with all the other admin that comes with a house move. We also experienced a couple of generally unhelpful responses to certain questions while trying to navigate our way through the conveyancing process and ensure we were making informed decisions. All sorted in the end but when paying so much money for a solicitor, it shouldn't have been as difficult as it was at times. In comparison, last time we used WGA it was an absolute breeze.

I was extremely satisfied with the way in which Ms Hughes handled my property sale. It was not an easy one. There were frequent delays and ‘glitches ‘ but she coped very well with them, including the one at the very end-on the actual day of completion! I am very grateful to her.
